Saugage and veggie frittia

- 1 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- red bell pepper cut into small chunks
- zucchini squash peeled and diced

- pre-shredded cheese
- small pre-cooked breakfast sausages diced
- 1 c
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
2Beat eggs till all the yolks at mixed in.
3Add milk and mix into eggs.
4Add milk and mix into eggs.
5Sit egg mixture aside.
6Chop and peel veggies.
8Mix veggies and sausages into egg mixture.
10Pour mixture into non-stick 12X9 pan(Use cooking spray if using glass).
11Bake for 45 minutes...but kept watch over it if over is know to be hotter then normal
12Use toothpick to make sure middle is cooked.
13Add cheese on top in last minutes of cooking to make a crust(optional)
