Ingredients

3 to 4
12 /14 oz ready to cook squabs
2 Tbsp
salt
bread stuffing
2 Tbsp
butter

Step-By-Step

1Sprinkle inside of squabs with salt.
Brown the giblets and add to half a recipe of bread stuffing.
Stuff squab; rub skin with butter.
2Roast, breast side up, on rack in shallow pan in hot oven ( 400 F ) for 40 to 50 minutes, or till tender
