Red Pepper Basil Creamy Pine Nut Pesto Sauce

Add pine nuts and garlic with olive oil to frying pan, toast on low heat for 2 minutes, then transfer to food processor, set aside
Place red pepper and cayenne pepper in frying pan with olive oil and sauté' for 5 minutes on medium heat
Transfer to food processor, then add basil leaves, vegetable stock, and sea salt to taste. Blend on high until creamy consistency. Serve over cooked pasta!
