My favorite Chili

I started making this chili when I didn't know how to cook. It has been a favorite ever since. Mouth watering Yum!

Method:

Stove Top

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1 large
large can of chili beans. i like brooks hot chili beans
1/2-1 pkg
williams original chili seasoning
1-2
chopped onions
1
chopped green pepper
1-2 can(s)
tomoatoes
1
clove chopped garlic
1
extra seasoning if desired. ie:sometimes rotell tomatoes for a very spicy chili

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute meat, onions, and garlic till brown and then drain. Still in seasoning.

Put meat in large sauce pan and add other ingredients. Stir

Simmer on low for at least an hour. Taste test to see if more seasoning is needed. Serve with grated cheddar cheese and chopped green onion on top. Sides: Corn Bread or tortilla chips, Pear salad

This chili is even better if made the day before and served for dinner. I also use the left overs in Chili omelets and Chili Dogs. Enjoy!
