2
ham steaks
2 c
honey
1/4 c
jack daniel's
1 pkg
spinach, fresh.
apple cider vinegar
1 c
brown sugar

Step-By-Step

1Cut each ham steak in half place in glass casserole dish
2Combine honey, brown sugar in small sauce pan bringing to a quick boil. Remove from heat
3Add bourbon to mixture stirring until combined
4Use just enough of the mixture to coat both sides of steaks .Set aside to use rest later. Cover and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes
5Prepare spinach sprinkle(toss) with a little of the apple cider vinegar and set aside
6Spray light. Coating of cooking spray on grilling skillet and preheat to med-high
7When skillet is heated place ham steaks in skillet..try not to get to much of bourbon mixture in skillet with steaks as you just want to get grill marks to show on the steaks marking steaks on both sides
8Remove steaks place on top of fresh spinach, lightly brush with rest of glaze
9Serve with homemade cornbread and deviled eggs
