Made these for my husband and myself the other night and they were to DIE for! Much better than the so called Real Philly cheesesteaks in Philadelphia.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
vegatable oil
1 large
yellow onion thinly sliced
1/2 TO 3/4 lb
deli roast beef
4
soft sub or hoagie rolls
1
8oz jar cheeze whiz
1 large
red or green bell pepper thinly sliced

Step-By-Step

1IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT 2 tABLESPOONS OF THE OIL OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND COOK THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS UNTILL THEY ARE TENDER AND GOLDEN BROWN ABOUT 8 TO 10 MINUTES.
2wHILR THE VEGGIES COOK. HEAT THE CHEEZEWIZ IN A BOWL IN THE MICROWAVE JUST UNTILL WARM 2 TO 3 MINUTES. sTIR AND SET ASIDE.
3rEMOVE VEGGIES TO A DISH AND ADD THE EXTRA TABLESPOON OF OIL TO THE PAN. iNCREASE YOUR HEAT TO MED.HIGH AND SEAR THE BEEF QUICKLY UNTILL LIGHTLY BROWNED TURNING AND FLIPPING IT FREQUENTLY WITH A SPATULA.
4DIVIDE THE MEAT AMONG THE ROLLS. HEAP ON THE ONIONS AND PEPPERS AND SPOON ON CHEEZEWIZ ONTO EACH SANWICH,
