- 2 lb
- rack baby back ribs, trimmed
- salt and pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- cayenne pepper
- bbq sauce (whatever you like)
1Sprinkle both sides of ribs with all seasonings. I didn't measure the seasonings. You put however much you want. Wrap in saran wrap & marinate overnight.
2Next day, take off the saran wrap & place ribs on a foil nonstick pan. Cover the ribs w/ foil & bake @ 250 for 3 1/2 hrs.
3Remove from foil & drain off any liquid. Brush BBQ sauce on top of ribs & bake again for 30 min.
