I got tired of having to use three different seasonings, so I combined them into one easy to use combination. GSP is the most widely used seasoning in our house - by itself or as a base to other seasoning mixes. It's wonderful just sprinkled on roasted or baked meats. Using it saves time as you only measure once! Once you check out my recipe, you'll see why we call it GSP!

Ingredients

1/2 c
garlic powder
1/2 c
salt
1/2 c
fresh ground pepper

Step-By-Step

1combine all three ingredients, mixing well
2store in moisture proof jar, canister, or shaker
3make the amount you would use in a couple months by combining equal amounts of each ingredient
