During some lean times as a single mother, I learned to make every bit of food go as far as possible. I started saving ALL leftovers regardless of how small, even just 6-7 kernals of corn. I put all in a container the size of my crockpot and put in the freezer. After each meal any leftovers not large enough to be eaten at another time was put in this container. When full defrost put in crockpot (add stew meat if you have it) and when hot serve with crackers or bread. MMM good. I now serve this to family and friends, never have I had a negative response, always "can I have your recipe"?

Ingredients

any leftovers

stew meat or burger

Directions Step-By-Step

Save leftovers in container in freezer.

When container is full (best to have container hold as much as your crockpot), defrost.

Put in crockpot, add liquid if needed and meat if desired and heat till hot enough to serve. Serve with bread or crackers.
