1 pkg 30 oz. frozen hashbrowns
3 can(s) 14 oz chicken broth
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
1/2 c onion
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese
4 slice cooked bacon
shredded cheese
green onions
sour cream

I love this with a pan of corn bread or crackers. Any type of frozen potato will work, a friend of mine used tator tots and it was so very good.

Cook bacon until good and done,drain on paper towel to soak up grease.
Combine all ingredients except cream cheese and last three ingredients (those are for garnish)and put in crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. In last hour put in cream cheese and cook until well combined. Enjoy!

I made this yesterday and put it on before I went to work. Asked my husband to add the cream cheese when he got home. I came home hour later and had a message on my cell phone Said THAT WAS THE BEST POTATO SOUP EVER!!!! Yes this was Soooooooo Good and SOoooo Easy to make! Thanks for shareing!!!!!!

Super easy to make! My wife is a vegetarian and I have been trying to find easy good tasting recipes for the crock pot. The final result was outstanding. The whole family enjoyed the soup. Thanks!

I'm so sorry I haven't gotten back to you until now; I haven't been on this site for awhile, school and being a housewife keeps me very busy. I am so glad you and your family enjoyed this recipe. I love potatoes (except leftover/microwave) and I'm always looking for new ways to make them :)
