Duck with Honey & Curry1

- duck, 2-3 pounds
- yellow onion, peeled
- 4 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp
- curry powder
1Rinse and dry the duck; rub salt and pepper in cavity.
2Put the two cloves in the onion and place in the cavity.
3Mix the honey and curry powder.
4Roast the duck at 325 for 1 hour, then begin to baste the duck every few minutes with the honey/curry mixture for an additional hour, or until completely done.
5NOTE: This also works well with roasting chickens.
