My whole family LOVES this easy recipe. Can use bones in ribs, porkchops, chicken pieces or chicken breasts. I prefer the meatier country ribs, boneless or bone-in. Found it in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette years ago. No person listed.
In that recipe it was called "Door Slammer Chicken" & cooked in the oven on 375 for 1 1/2 hours.
