We don't like ours too spicy but hot sauce and more chili powder can be added for those who do.
The second day I added left over chicken tenders cut into bite-sized pieces )

Ingredients

2--16oz. can(s)
kidney beans, canned
1--8oz. can(s)
tomato sauce
16 oz
frozen vegetables
1 medium
onion, chopped
2 c
mild salsa
3 Tbsp
chili powder
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded (optional )

Step-By-Step

1Combine drained kidney beans, tomato sauce. salsa, frozen vegetables, onions and chili powder. Pour into crockpot.
2Cook on high for 4 hours until vegetables are tender.
3Top with cheese before serving.(Or sour cream if you prefer.) Enjoy !!
