whole kernel corn, drained
1 can(s)
rotel
1 stick
butter
onion, garlic, bellpepper
bag of shredded cheese
1/2 small block velveeta or jalopeno cheese
3 c
cooked rice
fresh or can of sliced mushrooms

Step-By-Step

1SAUTEE ONIONS, ETC IN BUTTER, ADD CRAWFISH AND FAT.
ADD CM MUSHROOM, CORN, ROTEL

2CUT UP VELVEETA, STIR IN UNTIL MELTED

3MIX IN CASSEROLE DISH WITH RICE AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE, BAKE AT 300 TIL CHEESE MELTS
