Country Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

- fully cooked ham (in 1 inch cubes)
- 1 pkg
- country style gravy mix (1oz)
- 1 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c
- 2 c
- cheddar cheese, shredded
1Combine potatoes, onion and ham in lightly greased stoneware crock pot. Whisk together gravy mix, soup and water until combined. Pour gravy mixture over potatoes.
2Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours or HIGH 3-4 hours. Top with cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
