CORN DOG MUFFINS
The original recipe came from Allrecipes.com (of course I tweeked it alittle to our personal taste!)

- (8.5 ounce) packages cornbread mix
- 1 1/2 c
- 1 c
- grated cheddar cheese
- turkey or pork&beef hot dogs
- onion powder
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease muffins tins or can use paper muffin cup liners.
2Stir together the cornbread mix and onion powder in a large bowl. Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Fold the eggs and cheese into the dry mixture until moistened. Spoon mixture into the muffin tins until 2/3 full. Add 1 HOT DOG HALF to each muffin or/ DICE the hot dogs up and sink down into the batter!
3Bake in the preheated oven 14-15 min. until golden brown! Grankids love theirs with KETCHUP I LOVE them with mustard!!!! :-) YUMMY!!!
