1You will need a big glass casserole dish, large mixing bowl that is microwave safe.
2Peel 7-8 potatoes and cut into cubes. Put the peeled potatoes into microwave bowl and put pieces of butter or margarine all over the top of the potatoes add salt and pepper do not mix!!! Microwave the potatoes until tender.
3Next once the potatoes are tender put them in the casserole dish. Then in a bowl add your camballs cheddar cheese soup and use the soup can to measure out a can of milk stir into the the soup, then pour over the potaotes and stir. place in oven bake at 325 for 45min to an hour. The soup will appear white at first but when it bakes it will turn back to the original color of the soup. Stir occasionally. You want the soup to thicken and turn the right color and as soon as that happens their done! Don't over cook because the soup will dry out and you want it creamy. Over the years I started adding two cans of soup because it seemed to make them creamier. So if they turn out to dry next time around try two cans of the soup!!! :)
