Carmen's Chili

Over the years I've robbed from one recipe and deleted from another. I think this one is pretty good. Be aware that I don't care for kidney or pinto beans...so I use what I like! My brother drives to my house when he hears that I've made this dish!

Ingredients

2 lbs
ground meat, i use half beef half hot sausage
2 large
onions, diced
1 large
green pepper
5-6
jalapeno peppers, dice
2 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 large
cans crushed tomatoes
1 can(s)
black beans
1 can(s)
great northern beans (cannelini)
1 large
baked beans (optional)
2 Tbsp
brown sugar, molasses, cocoa, minced garlic, cayenne pepper (each)
2 tsp
chili powder, cajun spice, celery salt, cumin, celtic sea salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute onions and peppers in EVOO, add meat and brown, add all of the remaining ingredients and simmer for 2-3 hours.
