I used to have a Taste Of Home Casserole magazine and got this delicious recipe from there.

Ingredients

1 lb
uncooked bratwurst, casings removed
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
16 oz
sour cream
8 oz
pkg shredded chedder cheese
32 oz
pkg tater tots

Directions Step-By-Step

brown bratwurst and drain excess oil.

combine bratwurst with soup and sour cream.

layer in 9x13 baking dish. Place tater tots on bratwurst mixture and top with shredded cheese

Bake at 350degrees for 35-40 minutes.

This is WONDERFUL!!! My whole family loved it and couldn't get enuff!! Fixed it just as the recipe says and it was rich and full of flavor.
