Ingredients

1 kg
kilo of minced beef
2 large
onions, chopped

cloves garlic, minced

red pepper, chopped
1 kg
of sliced tomatoes

bay leaf
1 c
chopped chives and parsley
2 stick
or tablets of bouillon dissolved in 2 cup hot water
2 c
wine
1 Tbsp
of sugar
1 Tbsp
cumin.
1 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Put in a stewpot layered:
1 the oil
2 a little meat covering the bottom
3 a little wine and beef broth
4 slightly onion
5 a little garlic
6 slightly green seasoning
7 slightly tomatoes
Repeat until you finish all 8 ingredients
10 for last place bay leaves, pepper, sugar, salt, cumin.

Close the a stewpot very covered and cook on medium temperature for about 4 hours.

After, open and check if the meat is almost falling apart.

Side dish:

White rice, cassava flour and chopped banana.

How to prepare the plate:
Put the meat and broth in a dish sprinkle the flour of cassava, or make a puree with more broth, place the white rice and bananas on the side.
