meat sauce or tomato sauce (i prefer prego meat sauce)
Cook ziti to desired tenderness. Brown hamburg, then add onions and caramellize.
Mix ricotta with garlic powder until well blended.
Layer first half tomato sauce then 1/2 ziti
Put ricotta mixture on in dollops. Cover with hamburg mixture.
Spread over top with remaining ziti, then sauce.
Cover with 1 cup mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
