This is a delicious stir fry and is a tasty mix of beef and vegetables. Use rump steak if you want to go for a more expensive version or a lean casserole steak for a cheaper meal. You can use any vegetables of your choice. Serve with rice.

1 lbrump or lean casserole steak

1 Tbspcornflour

1 tspsesame or vegetable oil

1red bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips

1green bell pepper, deseeded and cut into strips

1 clovegarlic, crushed
-
8 ozgreen beans, fresh

1inch fresh root ginger, cut into very fine strips

8 Tbspbeef stock
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
2 tspsoft, light brown sugar

1 cpenne pasta ( cooked )
- CREAMY ASIAGO ALFREDO SAUCE

2 pkgasiago alfredo warm dip mix
-
2 1/2 cheavy cream
-
3 cshredded asiago & parmesan cheese blend
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make asiago beef

1Trim the beef of any excess fat and cut into thin strips across the grain of the meat. Toss the meat in cornflour and coat thoroughly, shaking off any excess. Heat the oil in a wok, frying or sauté pan and add the beef. Stir fry over a high heat for 3 minutes or until just cooked. Remove the beef from the pan, set aside and keep warm

2Add the peppers, garlic, ginger and stock. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to cook, stirring continuously until the stock has reduced to about a couple of tablespoons.

3Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar and add to the wok with the beef. Prepare the Asiago sauce using the listed ingredients. keep hot or warm. Pour the sauce over the beef mixture. mix well. Note: Use only amount of sauce to your taste Stir fry mixture for 2 – 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
