6 corn tortillas
1/4 cup salsa
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 large avocados, mashed
1 cup thinly shredded lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cut each tortilla into 4 pieces. Heat 1 inch oil in deep skillet to 350. Put a batch of tortilla pieces into hot oil; fry both sides til crispy. Drain on paper towel.
Mix the lemon juice and mashed avocados. Put a layer of avocado mix, lettuce, cheese and salsa on each tortilla piece. Heat in oven at 425 for 3 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 6
