|1 1/2 lb||ground beef|
|1 medium||onion, minced|
|2 can(s)||(8 oz.) tomato sauce|
|2 c||mexican blend shredded cheese|
|1 medium||green bell pepper, minced|
|2 pkg||taco seasoning|
|2 pkg||refrigerated crescent rolls|
Cook together ground beef, green pepper, and onion. Drain.
Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and 1 cup cheese. Simmer until cheese melts.
Roll out one package for crescent rolls in 9x13 pan, bake at 350 until done.
Pour in meat mixture, add remaining cup of cheese over top, add second package of crescent rolls over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve with chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
