I have fixed this recipe for years. My family loves it. It is quick and east. Most ingredients are always in your house. Substitute crescent rolls for pie crust if necessary.
1Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground chuck, onion in a large skillet--drain fat if needed. Return to skillet.
2Add taco mix, salsa, catsup. Stir together gently until heated thoroughly.
3Sprinkle crushed nacho chips on top of pie crust. Spread meat mixture on top of chips. Cover meat mixture with sour cream, shredded cheese and additional crushed nacho ships. Bake at @350 for 45 minutes or until crust is brown. Let sit 5 mins before cutting into wedges.
