Unbelievably easy to make, unbelievably delicious to eat, you won't have leftovers when you serve this dish to family and friends.

1 lb
velveeta cheese
jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 1/2 pt
sour cream
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
1 can(s)
tomatoes, diced (small can)
1 1/2 lb
ground chuck
1 medium
onion, chopped
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 pkg
tortilla chips, plain

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown ground chuck with onion in skillet; drain fat, return to skillet and add taco seasoning. Set aside.
Melt cheese, sour cream, peppers and tomatoes in a saucepan over low heat until cheese is completely melted.
Crush the chips. Combine the meat and cheese mixture. Layer meat/cheese mixture in 13"x9" baking dish; top with chips; repeat layers until all mixture has been used, ending with chips on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until the top and sides are bubbly and slightly browned.
