DirectionsIn large skillet cook ground beef. While beef is cooking prepare rice-a-roni according to package directions.When ground beef is done, drain. Add salsa, chopped peppers. you can also use 1 can diced tomatoes with green chillis instead of the salsa if desired. Heat on low to medium heat. Add onion soup mix and simmer on low for 15 minutes.When rice-a-roni is done add to meat mixture. Mix ingredients well and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
