Plain Taco Salad
My family and I like this recipe the way it is written. I know others like more flavor, so feel free to tweak it.
1Brown ground beef in deep skillet. Drain grease.
2Add cans of pinto beans with juice to ground beef.
While beans and beef are warming.
3Chop lettuce and tomato for salad.
4When beef and beans are heated place desired amount in individual serving bowls. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Crumble nacho cheese chips on top of cheese then top with lettuce and tomato.
