This side dish is a great topping for Fajitas, burritos, brats, Italian sausage or beef sandwiches. Try as a sauce over angel hair or vermicelli pasta. Yummy !!

I sometimes add a couple of cook diced red potatoes and just eat with French bread.

IF you like hot, add a couple pinches of crushed hot pepper flakes. (more or less, depending on how hot you like it)
