Mexican Pizza

Wendee Bauer

When I was first married, we lived in a married student housing complex at Purdue University. This recipe came from a neighbor who had four children, all very picky eaters. Her kids couldn't enough of this pizza and neither could mine! Very kid friendly and great for football gatherings as well!

medium tomato, diced
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 c

1Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Flatten dough to fit and bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool.
2Blend cream cheese and sour cream and spread over crust. Chill in refridgerator for 30 minutes.
3Brown ground beef, drain and stir in taco seasoning with water according to package. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
4Spread meat over chilled crust and top with olives, tomato and cheeses. Serve immediately. Perfect for kids parties and grown-up parties alike!
