Mexican Mac 'n Cheese

Made this one night when I didn't feel like running to the store to get stuff for dinner. Everyone enjoyed it, I made it with light ingredients. It's very easy and has few ingredients.

Ingredients

8 oz
elbow macaroni
5 oz
velveeta cheese-i used light
1 tsp
or a little more taco seasoning
1/2 c
salsa

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil water and cook macaroni for about 7-9 mins.

As the noodles are cooking, cube cheese. When noodles are done, drain and put back in pan.

Add cubed cheese and taco seasoning. Stir until melted, then stir in salsa. I have also added ground beef to this, haven't tried chicken but I'm sure it would be good as well.
