Mexican Mac 'n Cheese

- 8 oz
- elbow macaroni
- 5 oz
- velveeta cheese-i used light
- 1 tsp
- or a little more taco seasoning
- 1/2 c
1Boil water and cook macaroni for about 7-9 mins.
2As the noodles are cooking, cube cheese. When noodles are done, drain and put back in pan.
3Add cubed cheese and taco seasoning. Stir until melted, then stir in salsa. I have also added ground beef to this, haven't tried chicken but I'm sure it would be good as well.
