Ingredients

2 lb
bulk pork sausage
1 c
onion, diced
1 c
green pepper, diced
1 can(s)
28oz. tomatoes
2 c
sour cream
2 c
macaroni, cooked
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
chili powder
salt to taste

Step-By-Step

1Brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Pour off drippings, add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings. Cover, cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking 10 minutes more. Makes 8 servings.
