This is great for a crowd if you debone the chicken it goes a long way,and it is so easy everyone thinks you've been working for hours. I have even used frozen chicken piece's when I had unexpected company come over.Hope ya'll enjoy.

Ingredients

chicken pieces
3 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 c
salsa, chunky (mild,med,or hot) your choice
1 1/2 tsp
garlic
1 1/2 tsp
tony's seasoning
1 tsp
italian seasoning

chicken bouillon cubes
1 large
onion cut in strips

bell pepper cut in strips

Directions Step-By-Step

Put chicken pieces in a large pot,add tomatoes,salsa,chicken bouillon cubes,onion,bell pepper,an all seasoning. DO NOT ADD ANY WATER OR SALT.Cook 1 1/2 hrs. until chicken is done. You can serve over your favrite rice.Leave it on the bone or debone it what ever works best for you. DO NOT COVER POT WHEN COOKING.
