Heat skillet to high heat. Mix flour, salt, oil and water. Pour batter into pan and roll around to spread batter to the size of a tortilla. Cook until brown, approx 2-3 minutes.
In the mean time begin heating the refried beans in the microwave for 30 minutes.
Flip the tortilla and cook for approx. 2 minutes.
Remove from pan and spread the beans and roll tortilla.
Hint: Add baby food to the refried beans so they get their vegatables.
