|1 lb||ground beef|
|8 oz||tomato sauce|
|1 pkg||taco seasoning mix|
|1 small||onion, diced|
|1 can(s)||black olives, sliced|
|1 can(s)||crescent rolls|
|2 c||crushed fritos, divided|
|1 c||sour cream|
|1 can(s)||green chilis|
|2 c||shredded cheddar cheese|
|optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, sour cream|
Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and cumin.
Place crescent roll in bottom of 9x13 pan, and press seams together. Sprinkle 1 cup of Fritos. Spoon meat mixture on top. Sprinkle on the onions and black olives. Mix together sour cream and green chilis, spread over meat mixture.Sprinkle remaining Fritos and top with cheese.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Top with optional toppings!
