PRUDY's Story

An easy family favorite!

Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
8 oz
tomato sauce
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1/2 tsp
cumin
1 small
onion, diced
1 can(s)
black olives, sliced
1 can(s)
crescent rolls
2 c
crushed fritos, divided
1 c
sour cream
1 can(s)
green chilis
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
optional toppings: salsa, guacamole, sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and cumin.

Place crescent roll in bottom of 9x13 pan, and press seams together. Sprinkle 1 cup of Fritos. Spoon meat mixture on top. Sprinkle on the onions and black olives. Mix together sour cream and green chilis, spread over meat mixture.Sprinkle remaining Fritos and top with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Top with optional toppings!

So easy but soon delicious. And definitely not near the mess of regular tacos.

We love tacos but sometimes they are such mess to handle...this sounds really good as an alternative! Will definitely be trying it!

this looks yummy i bet i could use simply rolls and it be just as good just hate anything with high fructose corn syrup or white flour.
