Got tHis from my college teacHer. Really yummy! Originated from tHe Catalina islands in California. It took me 30 minutes to brown tHe meat. If you Have a slow cooker tHan see How long it takes to brown.

Ingredients

1-2 lb
ground beef
1 pkg
taco seasoning
1-2
tomatoes chopped
1
lettuce head
1 pkg
corn chips
1 pkg
shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle
catalina dressing

Step-By-Step

1Brown tHe beef, and drain tHe fat.

2Add taco seasoning and let it simmer about 5-8 minutes.

3Remove from Heat and let it stand.

4In a large bowl, add tHe lettuce, tomatoes

5Add tHe CHeese

6Add tHe ground beef

7Add corn cHips

8Drizzle on Catalina Dressing

9Gently Toss To Coat

10Yields 12 servings. Enjoy!
