BBQ Pork Burritos

- 16 oz
- can refried beans
- 10 inch flour tortillas
- 18 oz
- lloyd's barbeque shredded pork
- 3 c
- shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 1 c
- la victoria thick'n chunky salasa (medium)
- sour cream, slice ripe olive and additional salsa if desired
1Place 1/4 cup beans in the center of each tortilla, Top each with 1/4 cup pork, then 1/4 cup cheese.
2Fold one end of each tortilla up 1 inch over the filling, then fold right and left sides over folded end overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Arrange the burritos seam side down in a microwave safe dish.
3Top each burrito with 1/4 cup cheese
4Top each burrito with 1/4 cup salsa.
5Cover loosely with plastic wrap
6Microwave on high for 5 minutes, rotating the dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes
7Top with remaining ingredients
