Sue's Saucey Meatloaf

This meatloaf is quite moist and flavorful. You can leave the sauce off and simply serve at the table. However it is delicious cooked on top.

Ingredients

1 lb
ground chuck
1/2 lb
ground pork
2
eggs
1 c
milk
1/3 c
chopped onion
1/3 c
parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
salt
2/3 c
italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp
worchestershire sauce
3/4 c
packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp
worchestershire sauce
3/4 c
ketchup
1 1/2 tsp
dry mustard

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 10 ingredients and shape into loaf.Bake at 350degrees one hour and 15 minutes.
2Make sauce with remaining 4 ingredients. Pour over loaf during final 15 minutes.Save some sauce and serve with slices of meatloaf.
