Ingredients For string cheese meatloaf

1 cmeatless spaghetti sauce, divided

1 lgegg, beaten slightly

1 cseasoned bread crumbs

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1-1/2 tspdried rosemary, crushed

1 lbground chuck

8 ozbulk italian sausage

3 slicestring cheese, any flavor
How To Make string cheese meatloaf

1In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce, egg, bread crumbs, garlic and rosemary. Crumble the meat over mixture and mix well.

2Press half this mixture into a greased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Place two pieces of cheese, side by side, near one end of the loaf.

3Cut the remaining piece of cheese in half; place side by side on opposite end of the loaf. Top with remaining meat mixture. Press down firmly to seal.

4Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350º oven for 1-1/4 - 1-1/2 hours; drain. Drizzle with the remaining spaghetti sauce; bake 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
