olive oil
2 clove
garlic, crushed

onion, chopped

celery stalks, chopped

tomatoes, peeled, seeded, chopped
1/4 c
flour
4 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
parsley, chopped
pepper
salt

croutons

Step-By-Step

1Saute garlic, onion, and celery stalks in olive oil until tender.
2Add tomatoes and cook 12 minutes over medium.
3Lightly dust frogs legs with flour and brown in butter in a separate pan.
4Add tomato mixture to frogs legs and cook over medium 5 minutes.
5Serve with croutons.
