Ingredients
- 2 - rabbits,cut up
- 15 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup flour
- - garlic salt, to taste
- - black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced into strips
- 1 - rib of celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 ounces ripe, sliced black olives
How To Make rabbit cacciatore

Step 1Shake the rabbit pieces in a bag with flour, salt and pepper. In a large skillet saute the pieces in oil until golden brown.

Step 2Add the remaining ingredients, except for the olives. Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hr., or until the rabbit is tender.

Step 3Stir in black olives simmer 10 mins. more. Serve with rice or noodles if desired.
