cleaned pheasant breasts
salt and pepper

portabella mushrooms
12 slice
hickory smoked bacon
fresh cranberries
fresh sage

Directions Step-By-Step

Take breasts and salt and pepper to taste. Then wrap each breast in portabella mushroom and then wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks.

Place in roasting pan 375 degrees until breasts are white throughout and bacon is done.

Garnish with fresh cranberries and a little sage. Say the blessing give thanks and enjoy..
