Oven Roasted Pheasant Breasts
this recipe works well for chicken breasts too.
- cleaned pheasant breasts
- salt and pepper
- portabella mushrooms
- 12 slice
- hickory smoked bacon
- fresh cranberries
- fresh sage
1Take breasts and salt and pepper to taste. Then wrap each breast in portabella mushroom and then wrap in bacon and secure with toothpicks.
2Place in roasting pan 375 degrees until breasts are white throughout and bacon is done.
3Garnish with fresh cranberries and a little sage. Say the blessing give thanks and enjoy..
