Ingredients

2 - 8 oz
refrigerated crescent rolls
1 - 8 oz
cream cheese, softened
2 c
turkey, chopped
1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
slivered almonds
5 - 6
green onions, chopped or 1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 c
celery, chopped and parcooked
1/4 tsp
dried dill
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 tsp
kosher salt
1/4
poultry seasoning

GRAVY ( OPTIONAL )

1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1/2 c
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

1
In a large bowl; softened cream cheese.
2
Add all remaining ingredients and stir well to thoroughly combine evenly. ( par cook celery,if you don't like it crunchy. )
3
Flatten crescent rolls, keeping two triangles together to create rectangles. Press the perforation together to prevent the pocket from leaking.
4
Onto each rectangle, spoon approx. 1/4 cup of turkey mixture into the center of the croissant. Fold up the long ends till they overlap. Then, roll up and pinch closed the short ends.
5
Place on a greased cookie sheet.
6
Bake at 350 degree F. for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden.

While baking, if using the canned soup as a gravy, prepare it by mixing the milk with the soup, and heating thoroughly.
7
When finished baking, either serve as is or with the soup mixture.
