Ingredients

1 c
bread crumbs
1/3 c
parsley, italian chopped
1/2 c
sun dried tomatoes chopped
5 medium
cloves garlic minced
1 c
eggs
4 Tbsp
milk
1 c
feta cheese crumbled
1 tsp
black pepper
3 lb
ground turkey

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 375 F.
2In a large bowl,stir together the bread crumbs,parsley,sun-dried tomatoes,garlic,eggs,milk,feta cheese and black pepper.
3Add the turkey and gently stir to combine. Being careful not to overwork the meat.
4Carefully pack the mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 165 F.
