Ingredients

2 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
sake
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/4 tsp
ginger root, grated
1/2 tsp
vegetable oil

salmon fillets

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar and ginger in a small bowl.

Heat oil in a frying pan at medium high heat and place salmon in pan.

Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Reduce to medium heat and add sauce.

Spoon sauce over salmon.

When sauce thickens, after about 4-5 minutes, remove from heat.
