Ingredients

shallots finely chopped
2
salmon pouches
3 c
mashed potatoes
1/2 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
parsley
1/2 tsp
garlic
1/4 c
fat free half and half

9 inch pie crusts

Step-By-Step

1Get the pie crust ready because the rest goes pretty fast. For the pie crust you can use, Easy Awesome Pie Crust
2In a sauté pan cook the shallots until they are just a little tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat through.
3Line pie pan with bottom crust and add salmon mixture. Place top crust and cut slits. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until it is golden brown.
