extra virgin olive oil
4 lb
mixed seafood
2 c
flour

lemons, cut into wedges
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Sprinkle raw seafood with extra virgin olive oil. Marinate for 10 minutes and then roll the fish in flour.

Fry the pieces in moderately hot extra virgin oil until they are lightly browned on the outside---do not overcook.

Drain well and sprinkle with salt. Serve immediately with lemon.
