Ingredients

8 oz
rice sticks noodles
1/2 lb
shrimp peeled and deveined
1 c
bean sprouts
3 clove
garlic minced
1 bunch
green onions chopped
1 jar(s)
prepared pad thai sauce
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/2 c
cilantro chopped
1/2 c
peanuts
2 large
eggs beaten

Step-By-Step

1Place rice sticks in boiling water and let sit for 8 minutes to softened them then drain.
2Place some oil in large pan or wok. Place the green onions, bean sprouts, and garlic in pan and cook until tender. Add the noodles and cook a couple of minutes. Add the shrimp. Make a well in the center and add the egg and stir incorporating the egg into all the ingredients. Add the Pad Thai sauce and soy sauce. cook until shrimp is pink.
3Stir in the peanuts and cilantro.
