My husband likes these with tartar sauce I prefer a creamy mustard sauce.

Ingredients

1 lb
lump crab meat.
1/4 c
mayonnaise
2
scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp
mustard, spicy brown
1/4 c
bell pepper, finely chopped
1 c
panko breadc rumbs
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1/8 tsp
pepper
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/4 tsp
celery seed
1 Tbsp
parsley
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1
egg
2-3 Tbsp
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl, mix well all ingredients except the oil.
2Form the mixture into 8 cakes.
3Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4Carefully place cakes in the oil. Don't crowd the cakes in the skillet. Fry them in batches until golden brown. About 4 minutes per side. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.
