Ingredients

2 lb
salmon skinned and deboned
1 c
bread crumbs
2 tsp
prepared horseradish
1/2 c
red onion minced
1 Tbsp
dijon mustard
2
eggs beaten
2 Tbsp
minced fresh rosemary
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
black pepper
2 Tbsp
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1Add all ingredients except oil to food processor and process until you are able to form patties. Grill or fry basting with the oil
